I'm trying to create custom fields to appear in a ticket when created in the Jira Product Discovery beta. I have created the custom fields but it does not give me the option to add them to the workflow of a ticket when we create it. Please help
Hi @Leshia and welcome to the Community!
That is because Product Discovery is based on team managed projects. Unfortunately, these do not support some of the capabilities you know from company managed projects, such as shared custom fields and advanced workflow capabilities.

@Walter Buggenhout Thank you for responding. That does help but how is it I was able to create a custom field type select list with a single choice option and it appeared on the ticket workflow but the other three custom free text paragraphs fields I created did not?
