Custom screen not turning up for sub-task even after setting up the Screen and Screen Scheme

Custome screen not turning up for sub-task (in the story) even after setting up the Screen, Screen scheme & Issue type scheme. I have been followed the same for different issue types like Story, Task, etc all were working as per the screen except the sub-task.

Any thoughts on why the custom screen not turning up while creating sub-tasks?

Explored further, found that sub-task screen won't pop up unless there is any mandatory field while creating the Sub-task
