Dashboard for workload of employees

Hi, 

I want to analyze the workload individual employees across all projects. 

I have a dashboard in mind where I can see f.e.:

Marcus - 30h open tasks // 150h closed succesfully //...

Samantha - 15h open tasks  //  200h closed succesfully // ...

...

Through this I want to manage the distribution of new tasks. 

How can I do some kind of dashboard?

Hi @Malte Redmann , OOTB there isn't a dashboard gadget for this. Options to consider are Marketplace addons, e.g. EasyBI or similar, or possibly leveraging Excel to present this data.
