Data capture while moving one status to another status

Hi Team,

How to capture field data on a template having nearly 90 fields in Jira while moving one status to another status and by using these fields we need to create reports.

Please let me know if there are any possibilities for this.

Hello @Charan goud 

As an alternative, you can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud add-on developed by my team.

It generates 7 types of reports regarding statuses (including the Status Entrance Date report). It shows the date when an issue has entered a particular status. 

Also, you can export this report as XLSX or CSV files for further analysis.

Thanks for your answer.

We need to capture 90 field data while moving from customer data collection status to customer data collection completed status only. I don't want to add these fields on the transition screen and view screen. I want to show one template it will show all 90 fields and the customer will fill the form submit it. When customers submit the form it will automatically attach to the ticket as the template or the form. 

These 90 fields should be searchable in the filters section.
