How do I make the date field filled in according to the date that the ticket status is Completed?
Sample: Ticket status changed to Completed on 07/19/2022, then the Date Field should have the value 07/19/2022

Hi @Justin Cee and welcome to the Community!
As long as you make sure the resolution is filled out while you close an issue, this is already happening automatically. You can find the date in the resolved system field. So no need to do anything additionally there.
