Day based warning emails

Hi Team,

I would like to have a automation that sends out a email every  3 days for particular status called Waiting for support. I found  that option in Automation called scheduled. But we need to send Warning mails at status from moved date to 3 days for each ticket.

Is there a way by using Automation rule? Please let us know.

Thanks,

You can either use the JQL to filter on tickets you are interested in (e.g some like status is "waiting for support" and updateddate <= -d) or you can add a condition to your automation rule that checks the date.

Hi Aiden,

Thanks for the prompt response.

Can you please guide me how to add conditions to check the date?
