Deleting custom field not reflected in api.

Deleting (trashing) and even completely deleting a custom field and then calling the REST api version 2 or 3 still shows that field (it has no active flag).

How to make sure the API reflects the deleted field?

Sorry, this is not a valid issue. It must be a Postman issue as it caches the requests. sending the REST call to get all fields from another tool works fine (the deleted field is not there anymore). thanks.
