Description and Comment Field HTML Rendering

I am migrating from Jira Server to Jira Cloud.  Within the test migration, text in the description and comment fields on Cloud are showing the HTML code and not formatting correctly.

For example:

<p>Sample text</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><b>New Setting Field</b></p>

<p><span class="image-wrap"><img alt="" height="434" src="https://domain.net/" style="border:0 solid black" width="200"></span></p>

How can I get this to render correctly in my description field?

@Infrastructure, 

Jira Cloud does not support HTML in custom field descriptions. You'll have to use the Wiki renderer they have built in.
