Different workflow for same issue type on different project

Neil Shah February 12, 2020

Hi I have an issue type called problem on Project X which has certain type of workflow applied to it.

I have created a test project and have the same issue type problem however want to assign it a different workflow without it affecting Project x.

Can i do this?

Regards

Yes, this is done by creating a new Workflow Scheme for the new project.  See here:

You need to define your new workflow, then create a new Workflow Scheme which includes the new workflow against the issue type in question.  Then assign the Workflow Scheme to the new project.
