Done epics appearing in field search

For some reason all of my Done / resolved epics appear in the dropdown when adding a value to the Epic field. I  do not have "show done epics" checked yet they are still appearing.

This makes it hard to quickly add an epic value. Does anyone know why this may be or how to clean up the list without deleting epics?

Hi @Jade Melcher 

Is this for a Classic or a NextGen project?

If this is for Classic, epics have a status and an "epic status".  On the backlog view, epic panel, you may select the drop-down next to an epic and "mark as done" the epic.  That will remove it from the drop-down lists.  You may still find the epic with a search.
