Down arrow navigates to next column in a table instead of next row

In the last week or so, the functionality of my down arrow in a table has changed. When I click down it now moves the cursor to the next column rather than down to the next row. 

I initially thought this must be something I have accidentally done via a keyboard shortcut however it seems to only affect tables in JIRA - tables in Confluence and other products are correctly allowing me to navigate down using the down arrow on my keyboard 

Is this affecting anyone else? Is it a JIRA setting? 

I am using a Windows machine and I can replicate in both Chrome and Edge
