I'm working on a Cloud to Data Center migration, and pulling down an 85GB backup with attachments to my local machine takes hours. Then (even after ditching attachment folders we don't need to reduce the file size) more hours to upload to our server.
Is it possible to have the zip download directly to the remote server to eliminate a trip?
I've looked at available cloud backup scripts to run on the server here:
https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/automatic-cloud-backup/src/master/
But as far as I can tell they're the equivalent of hitting the "Create backup for cloud" button and I need "Create backup for server". I've searched the cloud API docs and I can't find a reference to backups. Any help is appreciated.
HI @Jennifer D. Smith ,
Since you are on a premium plan, I would open a ticket with Atlassian support see if they can pull it for you and place it on an FTP server or attach it to your raise ticket for you to download from your remote server.
Thanks,
Ben
