Would it be possible, you think, to automate the following in our service desk? We have a form that is filled in for a particular issue type. You can download the form as a PDF, but I want to do it automatically once the issue is marked as resolved.
The cloud APIs for forms along with some automations are on the way. Till then it's manual!
