Is there any way to email a separate distro list with a copy of a specific ticket. I have built out a new user creation request in my portal and i want a copy of the ticket to be sent to out "new hire" distro list. They dont need or have access to Jira they just need a copy of the details. Thanks!

I have had various success with email to distribution lists. It all depends on the email server that hands the distro whether it will accept an email from Atlassian as such.
But, yes, you can send an email to an email address not associated with a licensed user using an Automation rule.
Thanks, is it possible to use automation with a specific request specifically from the portal? All i seem to see is with new incidents.
