Hello Experts,
I and the other two members of my team are admins of the People Technology Project.
I am not getting emails when I create ticket under the project. I have verified that i dont have gmail filters. The notification setting are good and i just verified my profile settings here.
All settings look okay to me.
Can you please help solve this? I get ticket emails when the other two admins generate a ticket. They get emails when they themselves raise a ticket.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you are getting some notifications that indicate that your email is not blacklisted.
There is a setting in your Notification preferences to get or not get emails for actions you take. Make sure that setting is enabled.
