Enablement of rich text for wiki markup

I have read other comments in the community but still stuck.

is something that appears helpful, but under our sys admin / user interface, the option for rich text is not visible.

Hi @Tim Arthur 

Is this for a Cloud Project? And is the Project Company-managed?

If yes, you can activate rich-text for any custom Multi-Line / Paragraph field.

To do this you'll need to be a Jira Admin, and then...

1. Go to Settings > Issues
2. Select Field Configurations from the left-hand menu
3. Select the Field Configuration relevant to your Project/Issue Type
4. Locate the relevant custom field
5. Inline with the field's name, select the "Renderers" hyperlink on the right-hand side
6. Select Wiki Style Renderer, and press Update
