Hi Team,
As our project moves to the end phase, we have a management decision to disallow some users from creation of new tickets as the timelines given to them has crossed. Further, the same users will need to have rights/ access to do transition for already reported tickets, like Closing of tickets etc.
Here, I've tried to remove users through Permission Scheme section from 'Create Issues' Permission. Later, I'm still able to see those users are able to create fresh ticket.
Please advise where I'm going wrong.
For information, our project configuration is as below :-
- We have 03 user groups created where each user group consists of multiple users with rights to create issues.

please could you check user group association? Users without Create Issue permission can't create tickets in that specific project .
