Hi,
What is the best way to work with explicit policies in a Jira Kanban board?
My team has just created the arrangements for each of the columns on the board. I created a swimlane called Explicit Policies where each column has a task, and within this task are the agreements for each column.
In addition to counting for the number of WIP in each column, I understand that it is not the best way to show these policies.
Without using plugins, does anyone have a better idea of dealing with these explicit policies for each column?
You may be interested in reading this post on the topic, as it includes some ideas and "spirited conversation". :^)
There are also some links to suggested improvements to add this feature to JIRA.
Best regards,
Bill
