Export user info including User language

Hello. I am successfully able to export users with the selection criteria illustrated below. However, I was wondering if there is way to do the same for the extraction of users but adding an additional criteria. For example. We are a global company with international users in Japan. We'd like to identify only those Japan users who are using a different language so as to send a proper communication in Japanese. Is there a way to identify users of a different language within the product? Maybe an API. If so, I can cross reference with this CSV file to create a list.
