I was able to see my board and sprints etc up untill last 2 days and now when i login i get this message
Failed to retrive project data
i cant see my board or sprint etc, all gone.
Using free trial version of jira service management having 7 active users.
How do i see my board and other details ? can someone pls suggest

Please be informed that the JSM free version only support 3 users. Here's the pricing plan details
Also, I would request to recheck your project permissions and "browse project permission".
I have only 5 active users, can i use jira software, as the free version allows upto 10 users, can i create sprints and boards in that ?

Hi @Hamsa Ganesh you are all fine to use the Jira software free trail in place of JSM. But you need to first define and understand why and what's your team requirements? and what are you trying to accomplish?
Based on that, you may take a call on JSM or Jira software cloud.
