Full migration from one company project to another company project

Hi everyone,

My company A is a portfolio company of our parent company B. We are currently using Atlassian under an account hosted by the parent company B, and now, due do internal reorganization, we will need to have an account attached to my company A. We are facing 2 issues:

1. Our admin (from company A) cannot purchase a Cloud account under company A, since his email account is already in use by the current license (for the company B)
2. We would need to migrate (or clone or duplicate) our current projects (which are under the account of the parent company B) under the company A's account (that we still need to setup). We would like this migration to be smooth (we don't want to lose any information, such as tickets, comments, epics...)

• On 1. is there a workaround (we would need to keep the same admin's email) to move forward?
• On 2. I have found this product which seems to meet my needs https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218652/deep-clone-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview&source=community98, but can't try it yet as long as item 1. is not fixed. Has anyone tested it? Does this product clone the full content of a project (from both JIRA and Confluence)?
