When i wan to make use of a template i created i get the following error: We encountered an error while applying UI modifications to this form. How to resolve this?

Are you trying to make use of UI modifications on an app written by you? If that's the case, could you share a snippet of the code or give more details into what you have? A very common error we see is UI modification trying to modify a field that is not really available in the context you attached it to.
If you have this error after installing an app from the marketplace, try to make sure that the fields that the template is modifying are present in the current screen.

I got this same error message from the "Issue Templates Agent" from the marketplace when creating a new template. Existing templates seems to work.
I discovered the app had been updated, pressed update in the "Manage app" section and this error went away.
