Get list of Not-Started Sprints using REST API

I need to know if there is a way to get list of all sprints where started = false using Jira REST API.

it looks like it is not possible, here's the REST API reference - I didn't find such endpoint.

Yeah, you are right, all the mentioned APIs returns started sprints only.
