1. Getting ENV values in multiple columns when we export the bugs in csv. Any idea why is it so?

2. While searching the bugs with ENV values, not getting accurate results.

Hello @Jeevan P

Welcome to the community.

"ENV" is not a System defined field in Jira. It must be a custom field defined in your Jira instance.

What type of field is it? When you are editing issues, is it a Selection List? Can you select more than one value (i.e. a Multi-select list)?

If it is a Multi-select List field, then when you export the data each value will show up in a column by itself. If the field includes multiple values, then there will be multiple columns for the field in the output.

Regarding your question about searches with criteria for this field not giving you accurate results, we need you to provide the following information:

1. Tell us the type of field ENV is.

2. Show us the query you have constructed.

3. Explain how the query is not giving you the results you expect. Include examples of issues that you think should be in the results but are not in the results.
