I have a unique challenge/opportunity of getting a non-agile company slowly inducted/introduced to Agile. Any suggestion on how best I get this done?

Hi @Sanath 

Agile Software Development has many frameworks which can be used. Do you want to use Scrum or Kanban or any other?

Any suggestion will really depend on how you wish to implement Agile
