HTTP status 400 when calling Jenkins app in Jira

Hi, when I try connecting Jira and Jenkins using the Jenkins for Jira app, I'm getting this error. HTTP status 400 when calling Jenkins app in Jira: JWT verification failed. Please make sure you configured the same secret in Jenkins and Jira.

However, I'm sure that I'm using the same secret and following the steps mentioned here, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/integrate-with-jenkins/. Can somebody help me here?
