Has anyone used AIO Tableau connector to pull data into Jira?

I'm running into an issue where I can pull data from Jira into Tableau using a third party AIO Tableau Connector - a BobSwift product, but it's missing history data.

Has anyone run into this before? If so, how was the issue resolved?
