Help: Checklist Plugin prevents workflow transition

I have a checklist configured as "completion required" when transitioning from one state to another ("In Testing" to "Done"). Today, the transition threw an error as below:

Please complete all checklist items first.

It seems that you have tried to perform an illegal workflow operation.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your Jira administrators.

All items in the checklist at issue were checked, but the error persisted. So, we could not move the item from "In Testing" to "Done".

The same setup was working last week.

Please help!

As stated I am thinking a regression has occurred and as such I would refer you to Atlassian Support. One thing you might do just to test it is to remove the requirement for all checklist items completed.

There was a bug in the recent release of Issue Checklist Free, but it has been fixed on the same day.
