Clone - How to trigger from a clonned issue

Matias Parkkinen May 18, 2022 edited

Im cloning an issue from a Service Management to a Software Project. This automation works fine.

Once in the Software Project, I would like to trigger new automations (once it gets cloned) to Assign the issue, filtering it with labels. I cannot get to trigger in any way, I tried so far:

-Trigger: Issue Created -> Then: Re-fetch data issue -> Filter by label | Not triggering the automation

Any idea on how to trigger this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Matias,

Be sure to check the box on the second rule to all other rule actions to trigger this action

BI_cloned & BI_general are labels pushed from the Service Management Project!
