Hi all, I am unable to see new created issues on my Kanban Board, it does appear in "all issues"

rutu.purohit July 26, 2022

I have a created a new kanban board in an existing project. As create issues in the backlog, they automatically move to "all issues" on the far left column and does not appear on my board backlog.

I have added the label as well. Even after applying label filter I don't see the issue on board. what can be done???

Hi Rutu - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What type of project are you using? Company-managed? Team-managed? Jira Work Management?

What is the filter used by the board?

Hey John,

It's a company-managed project.

@John Funk Thanks a lot for your quick response. I contacted jira admin and we had to recreate the project because the filters or any other probabilities did not work out.
