Hi community,
I have a free plan and I tryed to add access to a new user for a my project. In order to do it, I followed the steps:
1) I loged with a admin user
2) I selected my project and I opened the view "Project settings"
3) I selected the tab "People".
In the view "People", the butom "Add people" is disable and has a hint "On the Free plan you need to add people in site admin.".
Someone knows where I can configurate the project access?
Thanks,
Rafael Lopes.
Hi @rafael_lopes ,
Can you try to add the user first to the site via admin.atlassian.com? And then see if you are able to add him to the project ?

One more Thing is you need to have administration permission to add some one to the project . You can check the administration permission from permission scheme and modify the same.

Hi Kumar,
Can you clarify what do you mean with "see if you are able to add him to the project"? The user was already created via site admin and that place I didn't see any view or button to add a new user to a project.
Thanks,
Rafael Lopes.

Hi @rafael_lopes,
Please note that you will have to add the user that you are trying to add to the Project role to the site-admin group as you are in the free plan.
Let us know if you still face any issue in adding the user to the role, even after adding the user to site-admin in the group from user management?
