How To place the plugin in issue template

I need my plugin to be placed in the issue template as a link , how can i do it ?

Usually, the plugins are not shown as links on the Jira issue. But it would help if you would elaborate on the use case and the plugin you wish to be reflected as a link.

I have a connect app developed in java, and want to show it as a link whenever i open issue , for example lets say hello world app when the issue template is opened i need to show the link of hello world app and if i click on it  i need to get the result of that app i have created.

Based on my knowledge, this is not possible on the cloud nativly. You can explore the marketplace to see if any plugin provides you with this functionality.
