How can I be able to see Freshdesk ticket number in Jira when using Freshdesk integration?

We are using the Freshdesk for Jira integration and the push from Freshdesk to Jira is working fine.  But we are unable to figure out how to view the "parent" Freshdesk ticket or URL when viewing the Jira ticket.  How can this be done?

Same problem here. I would like to use Freshdesk issue number as a column in my filters/Advanced search.
