How can I hide projects users are not assigned to from project dropdown on tickets?

Helen Aquinol-Tobin November 3, 2022

We have clients who can see one another's projects in the Project dropdown when creating / editing tickets.

They should only be able to see the projects they are assigned to here. How can we make this happen?

Below is the dropdown I mean:

Hi @Helen Aquinol-Tobin ,

Projects are listed only when the user have create ticket permission on the projects. So you need to modify the permission scheme of the projects.

What I assume is, Create ticket and browse project permissions are granted to user groups. Change it to project role and check if the users are seeing different projects other than they are part of it.

Also in project users and roles, add only required users/groups to it.

Thank you, Rilwan. Thats, I think the only ways to restrict the users from accessing projects.
