I have done with migration from server to cloud through jira Cloud migration tool, but we left a few projects on the server (on-prem) for some reasons. Now I want to move those projects to the cloud, Could you please help me out how will I do that?
hey Mirza,
If you're open to exploring Marketplace apps, Configuration Manager for Jira is particularly good for migrating projects to already in-use cloud sites from Jira Server or DC. The app helps you avoid duplicate configurations when you're migrating in phases, and reduces post-migration cleanup. You can give it a test run for 30 days for free to see if it works for your use case.

Happy migrations!

Hey Mirza,
You should still be able to re-use the same migration tool (JCMA) and move the rest.
More info can be found how to use it here: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/
Otherwise, is there any other specific issue that you have with the JCMA?

Adding to this...
If the projects that you now want to move shared configuration items (fields, schemes - screens, issue types, permissions, notifications, workflows, etc.) with the projects that have already moved, and if any of those items have been changed in Cloud, then using JCMA to migrate the remaining projects can cause new instances of those configuration items to be created in Cloud.

It is so INSANE that I just now wanted to tag you Trudy and one of your solved posts about this! Coincidence? I think not!
Thanks for the addition!
