I have to create a user for third party tool integration. However I don't want the user that I have created to be able to access other projects in Jira tenant, including the public projects. Please share the work around, if jira does not have any roles for Denying access.
Hi @v-mchette
By "public", do you mean browse permission is granted to "any logged in" user?
if yes, sorry i do not see a way.
If public means browse access is granted to jira-users or similar groups, you can add the user to a different group like jira-restricted-user and add that group to the product access and to the specific project.

Hi create a group with that specific user and give that group access to the only project you want that external user to have access.
