How can I trun off Tempo Timesheet notifications for users that dont use timesheets?

I am trying to turn off the automated timesheet notifications for users &/or projects in Jira. Is this possible?

Hi @Kristen Riddle ,

Tempo Timesheets only sends out email notifications for Timesheet Approval with Scheduler. Here is a KB on how NOT to receive Scheduler notification.

To add to what @Susan Wu says above, like her, I believe you may be referring to the Scheduler notifications for time sheet approvals?
