Hi, How can i display the issue type field/drop down list in the ticket on the right panel as we need to be able to flit the issue type on the ticket after creating it.
i have created a custom issue type as i didn't find a ready made one in the custom fields section and i had associate it with some screens and contexts but it didn't link with the customer request type field in the ticket
Also is there a way to flip the ticket issue type after creating it?

If the issuetype field is included in the edit screen, you can change the issue type after the issue is created. You just have to click on the issue type icon
