How can organization get monthly subscription to jira service desk?

We need to take monthly subscription to JSD, how can we do it? Our agent said that it can be done only directly with vendor.

If you currently have an Atlassian licence, is that done through a vendor?

You can always contact Atlassian directly too - they will be able to assist with billing.
