Hi Team,

10days before one of my user made changes in jira and he didn't informed us. So we want to generate the logs in cloud. How can we generate support zip in atlassian cloud.

 Can anyone help me

There is no use for a support.zip on Cloud - Atlassian have direct access to your system and don't need it.

The system logs don't capture most change though, so they would probably not tell you anything about the changes that were made.  System logs are more about the running of the service, not data change.

The audit log will contain most administrative changes, and the issues have a full history (apart from edited comments)

Hi @Anil,

Jira Cloud does not have an option to generate the support zip, that is only available on Server/Data Center. There is an audit log feature though (go to System > Troubleshooting and support > Audit log). Maybe it will help.

@Anil, yes. The length of time events kept in the log is 3 months by default.
