I already have Confluence subscription. When i try to access project pages in Jira, it redirects to "Try Confluence" and initiates a new subscription. How can i connect with my current confluence spaces with Jira. Kindly help.
Hi @Lingesh Somashekar Please check on your Jira site navigation as shown in the below screenshot, if your Confluence site is shown their or not with same site name as that of Jira.
if your Jira URL is https://lingesh.atlassian.net/jira then Confluence should also be with same url
https://lingesh.atlassian.net/wiki/
Also, can you let me know how you access project pages in Jira? from Jira issue link option or from Jira Service Management knowledge base option
Site name is different between Jira & Confluence. Can that be made same?
Right now, i have created shortcut link in Jira to access Confluence & vice versa.

@Lingesh Somashekar Yes, if your Jira and Confluence instance are not from the same site the they are not actually integrated with each other to access to content between the applications.
Yyou can able to see them in navigator as applications are linked your Atlassian ID's but they are not integrated with each other if they are from different sites.
If you don't have much data in your new Confluence site you can create a Atlassian ticket to cancel the subscription and create a new Confluence subscription which will be linked to your Jira or wise versa if not much data on Jira side.
I hope this help.
