How do I change subdomain of my current JIRA cloud?

Hi team,
I want to change my existing subdomain for JIRA

I came through this link: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-7184
which says to create a support ticket to do so.
I created a ticket for the same (CA-872289) but the team asked me to post the query on ATLASSIAN COMMUNITY. So I am doing it here. 

Please let me know if anyone has knowledge about this.

Hi @ng-parth , the only way to change your domain for cloud is they Atlassian Support and it appears you have been directed here which means that you either have the free or starter license. Atlassian doesn’t provide support thru the official support site for those licenses. Can you confirm your license type is one of these. Assuming so I think you are stuck with your current domain name unless you create a new instance, export and import the issues.
