How do I search for issues where the timespent field has been updated within a specific time frame?

I want to calculate unplanned worktime spent on bugs etc. within a specific time frame.  For example if a developer logged 3 hours of timespent on an issue last week, then logged an additional 2 hours this week, and I am tracking by week, how do I only count the 2 hours in this weeks time total and not all 5?
