How does auto-schedule in Advanced Roadmaps use the estimates days for kanban teams?
We want to build a capacity planning in Jira. There are a few options with Scrum Board/ Scrum Teams and Story Points. But we found a resolution that fits us perfectly. We created a Kanban Board and a Kanban Team. The Kanban Team has two employees and the weekly working capacity is set up to 80 hours weekly. The only problem we have is, that the auto-schedule show us strange Estimates. For example: We will finish 10 days of work (Estimate (d): 10) in 4 days.
Can anyone help us with this problem?
