Hi @Parveen Vats

You can do that with multiple ways, one of which is Jira Automation:

  • Go to your project >project settings
  • Automation > New Rule
  • Trigger: When issue transitions to "Ready to test"
  • Action: Assign Issue > And choose your user
  • Test your rule

In addition you can do that by entering a post function on the workflow of that specific issue type:

  • Go to your project > Workflows
  • Find the workflow of your issue type > Edit
  • Locate the transition > Click on the "Post functions" on the pop up
  • Add Post Function
  • Now you have multiple options there, depending on the apps you have also installed, but the out of the box post function is "Update Issue Field"
  • Choose "Assignee" and add the user

Let me know if that helps!
