How to Change the Settings for an existing Filter and Dashboard?

Hi All! 

I've turned the public sharing off which prevents public sharing of filters and dashboards. 

This will prevent new dashboards and filters from allowing public access, and will also work for dashboards and filters that haven't allowed public access.

It won't affect existing dashboards or filters that already allow public access - 

My question is how can I change the public access for existing dashboards or filters?

I know ScriptRunner had a one-off script to do this years ago but I didn't find it. Probably start with a google on "scriptrunner bulk change filter sharing"
