How to Clone a Project including all tasks/boards/subtasks/etc.

We have several repeatable project types that would require re-creating, resetting status, etc. for the same base issues over and over

Why can't I/Can I create a template project that can be cloned at will which includes a baseline setup of all tasks/subtasks/boards/etc.?

If this is not available, what is the recommended structure for such re-occurring (but separate) projects

Their Copy Project script is not available for Jira Cloud. I need this for Jira Cloud version.
