How to add original estimate field in new screen

Actually we need to show original estimate field in new screen. Here this new screen where we need to add transition on workflow. Here when employee click on this button then this
screen will appear and they need to fill original estimate value on that screen.

But some how i am unable to add original estimate field in this screen.When i am trying to search then original estimation field is not populating.

So can you suggest how to do that?
