Hi @Sunilkumar k,

You can use card colours on a board to set a colour to an issue card if your issue meets certain criteria. But you'll need to be more specific about what you are trying to achieve here:

  • what do you mean by "the issue is in conflict". With what? Being overdue? Having more time spent than originally estimated, ... ?
  • where do you want to see this colour?
  • What problem are you trying to solve?

Hi @Walter Buggenhout

my problem is to add an custom colour whenever the issue is in conflict state

Conflict state is that whenever we have some conflicts with the issue simply we can tell that when the issue have some blockers

Ok, when you want to indicate an issue is blocked, the best way to deal with that is by setting a flag to your issue, as @Dave Mathijs mentioned.

On your scrum/kanban board, right click the issue and select the option add flag. The card will be highlighted in bright yellow and get the icon of a tiny red flag on it.

When the blockers are gone, simply click the card again and choose remove flag.

Hi @Sunilkumar k , in addition to the questions asked by @Walter Buggenhout , there'a also the possibility to flag an issue to indicate that it's important or impeded.
