How to check memory usage

We are considering move to Premium from Standard. Was wondering how to check what our current memory usage was, as it changes from Standard --> Premium (and we could justify the cost if we're about done with what's allowed with Standard).

With memory I assume you mean the storage?

You can check this on admin.atlassian.com. Select you site and go to products. Then choose "storage" on the left.
You need to be a site admin to see that.
